Is an academic with extensive experience in the world of education and training. Has experience in the field of education policy, curriculum development, administration and education assessment. Active in training and human capital development. Among the programs chosen by participants are the Team Strengthening Program, NLP for Sales, the Art of Stress Management and the Coaching program for frontline workers in the retail industry. Capable of training high school, college, university and industrial designer students to think scientifically and become a creative and innovative thinker. Among the popular programs run are the SUPERB program (Structured Creative and Innovative Thinking Effort Strategy) and the SUPERB Tips & Tricks program in addition to being active as a judge in national and international innovation competitions.
