Capable to lead and be a team player. Experienced in communication and team management including handling breakdowns in an organization. Well experienced in Experiential Learning based trainings and also coaching players in achieving goals. Willing to work under extreme pressure, able to adapt and respond effectively to a dynamic working environment.
